All synthetic intelligence architectures, codebases, visual assets, and "Micro-Products" displayed herein are the exclusive property of Aivora Labs. Unauthorized replication or reverse-engineering is strictly prohibited.

03. SERVICE DEPLOYMENT

Our "Velocity Program" timelines (7-14 days) are estimates based on optimal data conditions. Complex system integrations may require additional calibration time.

04. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

Aivora Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our AI systems. While we strive for 99.9% stability, the chaotic nature of generative models implies inherent unpredictability.

05. GOVERNING LAW

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the digital jurisdiction in which Aivora Labs operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
